Sim card internet? Good for gaming?

Hello so today I am going to talk about that is sim card internet good for gaming? Since I am a mobile internet user/Sim card user I know what it feels like to play any online games including vcmp in mobile net.

So let's start. Well first of all we all have sim cards which we use to browse pages , doing video chat etc work. If your sim card is 4G supported and getting high signals [ I meant the bar is full never goes down or decrease] Then you are pretty good to play online games but you will not get broadband connection experience. 2G sim card? Full range? Forget to play games , you will lag alot like hell your ping will be approx 500-1000. 3G sim card? Full range? You can play but you won't get 4G experience or broadband experience. You will see your ping will spike up and down violently which causes massive lag during gameplay. In fact you will also notice that players are teleporting around you when you are fighting with them. Sometimes you will see your enemies are sliding.

4G connection user? But you get 2 signal or 3 signal bars rare? Then you are like me. You will see less [Not that much less] teleporting enemies in that connection but not less as broadband connection. Sometimes you will see your ping suddenly spikes up to 400 and comes to 200-197-500-200-197-200-350-400-188-250 etc. Enemy slides will be less. Damaging enemies with that connection you will get opportunity sometimes, not all the time as broad band user Sad

Sometimes you will see you did headshot but not aiming at head. Or sometimes you will see magic shots but not all the times.[ The shots you made without aiming in head or enemies are running]

So is it good to play using sim card internet? Well in my opinion you should use broadband connection that can give you 10mbps speed. And if you want to play in mobile internet then you should buy a sim card that can get full signal bar of 4G.
Currently I am using Airtel [Baler putkimara kuttarbaccha der sim] Sim that gives me 2/3 signals bars but rarely Sad

I am going to change my grammenphone sim [3g] to 4G or gonna buy a broadband connection, can't assure it depends on my mom Very Happy

Assuming you're talking about VC:MP, it's not ideal to do gaming on a SIM card. A router is your best option.

VCMP using a 4g sim card is not laggy always. I've seen multiple players on sim card who get perfect ping.

I prefer a router with high speed internet. Not only for vcmp, but for rest of the gaming, browsing, video, etc.

Yes bhai, I even using the broadband connection which is the "Fariya Network" with the package of 3MB / 1200 PKR (611 Bangladeshi Takka) and believe me, it's really fast and good for use. Last night, I downloaded the full original installshield setup of GTA: San Andreas which were 3.90GB and it's taken only 2 hours with my internet, using IDM downloader. Cool

And if you can't afford 3MB broadband connection then don't worry, even the 1MB speed of the broadband can beat your sim card's 4G.

You can't actually call a 3mb internet 'fast'. It took 2 hours for you to download 4GB game,it's extremely slow. It'll just take 5 minutes with my internet to download it honestly, well it isn't fast too. It's normal. You should buy a good internet with high speed. I know, you get good ping but it's because you live in Karachi where even cheap internet has good ping(mobile data too lol, I saw a guy using mob data having 125 ping was living in karachi).

You can't actually call a 3mb internet 'fast'. It took 2 hours for you to download 4GB game,it's extremely slow. I know, you get good ping but it's because you live in Karachi where even cheap internet has good ping(mobile data too lol, I saw a guy using mob data having 125 ping was living in karachi).

Tujhe toh bas showoff karna aur khaami nikaalne ke ilaawa aata hi kya hai. You can even write a whole notebook to fully debate with your opponent.

I ain't doing "showoff". I just pointed that a 3MB internet isn't fast. Even 1MB internet has good ping in Karachi, often 120-135. About the last line, it depends on the opponent's habits and then that "notebook" takes place, kek.
