What did he do? Describe please: He is robbing others stealing there money and begging and spamming in the chat i have warned him for like 20 times but he is just ignoring and begging for money and spamming and then he started robbing newbie i warned him again that he will get banned for doing that but he is ignoring he is doing this all right now

I'm afraid we can't do nothing about that. Snoopi didn't trick him into giving him his cash (despite how obvious the command is named) so this is on him.
