Date and time of Rulebreaking: One day ago.
What did he do? Describe please: Rascism. He did used that n word again, by saying *igga, but putting a star instead of "n". I would suggest to not to say that he didn't use whole word, but his intention was clear, and almost everyone knows what * means.
He has just make joke of it, he has been muted several times for it.

Whoever muted him for using that word made a mistake. Saying that word is not against our discrimination rule. The rule says that you're not allowed to treat people differently due to their protected characteristics and mostly chat is not considered a way of treating people differently. As you may see, there were some reports recently regarding players using that word and they were accepted by mistake and have been moved to denied now.
