Warning system of forum

Guys I have seen some people spamming the admin apps, reports and some of you spam every topic.

Following are the mistakes that they do

Players start voting in admin app which make difficult to count votes
They spam reports by saying useless messages like "agree"
They start abusing and provoking other players.
They just quote someone without writing anything on their own
And many more spam messages

So, we have decided to warn every person who spams.
If someone has more than 3 warns, they may be punished.
Actions will be taken and they may be banned from the forum temporarily

So only admins are allowed to post here.
If someone is warned, it is the duty of who warned him to post here.

At last I would like to say that please do not spam this topic or lock it, otherwise low rank admins will not be able to warn.

And if any player is seen posting here, he will be strictly punished
