Accepted [Accepted] Suggestion - Disable specific weapon

As we know that sometimes we only need to disable single weapon for the prop, but indeed there's only command for disabling for weapons, and using /setpropweps for that.

My suggestion is to add a command, which allows to disable only specific weapon, i.e /disallowpropwep 379 RPG, in this way we can disable other weapons as well. This may extremely help in DM prop, where we can disable weapons which just create mess in DM props.

I've heard this suggestion for years, I'll definitely make it but it has to wait for patch 5.5. 5.4 has to be release by Sunday.
