I thought having a board on the forum with the important topics like server and forum rules , server files and any other stickies and important topics. that's way easier than searching for a topic especially for newbies and new forum users.

A good suggestion but it'll require a large amount of time to admins to find each topic stickied in the board and move it lol.It's a headache actually xd

its a sticky topic so it will be one of first topics on the section. also I didn't say add all stickies but just the "Important" ones like rules files and application forms

You can make a topic with links of the important topics.

A new forum named Server Important Topics was created - https://vkserver.forumotion.com/f97-server-important-topics
Server Rule page will be displayed in every forum just like how the forum rule topic shows, we can't move every sticky topics as they should be in their belonging section, just moved few important topics to make it easy to find.
