Date and time of Rulebreaking: Date :- 15/05/2020 | Time :- Now.
What did he do? Describe please: Fake Message. Plus, he were continuosly fighting with me and with my mates without any reason... so Mo^ muted for 30 seconds and Mo^ kept gaving him warnings to gets stop. But just after he unmuted he made a fake message in the public chat.

Bro, fake message is fake message... even if it'll do accidentally or deliberately, according to VKs rules. And get to the "Fighting" point, I am talking about your words.. your wording fights. Also you'd called me "N" (***ga) and was showing a toxic behaviour continuosly even Mo^ were giving you verbally warnings. Ain't talking about that DM lol.. that's a part of the game. I am talking about your chats fighting, even I were not said anything offensive, that would comes to you.

I don't think we can do anything about the fighting... however, I will say that UzI didn't violate any rules. You're allowed to quote someone's message, but you can't modify it. That would be a fake message. Is that clear?

First of all, you have not presented proof about the fight, but that is a good thing because we don't really get involved in fights like that and recommend /ignore or the two parties to sort it out themselves or you could ask an admin for help (but the admin can't use their admin powers). About the fake message, it seems quite apparent that he was just trying to quote you and didn't try to spread a fake message from your name, the thing is he just pasted the messages without editing them which proves my point further. I feel it was apparent for you too so I don't understand why you chose to make a report. Although I'll ask Uzi and other players to be a little more careful when copy pasting messages to clearly demonstrate that their purpose is of just highlighting that message rather than fabricating. Also request Mo to learn from this situation, and if he had muted Uzi for just that fake message then that is not a valid mute and should've tried talking with Uzi in case it was not apparent for him that Uzi wasn't trying to post a fake message. Another request for Mo, please give a valid reason in the reason field in the mute or any punishment you give in the future, "Stop" doesn't really tell us anything and if you were muting him for fake message then you should give the reason "Fake message".

If you can provide proof that you didn't say that in the second screenshot as DarkRazor inquired, then we might be able to take some action, else the report will be denied.

Lemme explain
I went to prop 32 i thought it was all vs all rather then ek vs ek  becz mr.nobody was also fighting over their so i was bored and started fighting and after some time melody joined us. Uzi is my good friend but like he was talking and giving taunts i felt he was starting a war and i felt little insulted, he aslo said the "N" word
Then i tend to ignore.
after some time when situation was heated i told melody to leave the prop and we left the prop atm.
Uzi then said "rq" as you can see on ss so i felt more bad and asked if  you want to start a fight?
Then mo muted uzi for 30 sec "reason =stop"
So Mo didnt muted him for fake message but to stop being toxic so at that time 4k he gave a valid reason you cant blame Mo for that.
Then uzi was cooled and said sorry for being toxic and gave reason that due to family reasons i put all my anger on you guys.
So tbh i accepted his apology and he did that fake msg accidently i think so

Well, I have talked to Mo ingame and he told me the same. The thing is that Mo shouldn't have warned Uzi because Uzi was not breaking any particular server rule. Mo said he just wanted to tell Uzi to behave as a clanmate and I told Mo that he can't use admin commands for that and should use clanchat to talk to him. Also regarding Uzi's behavior, as I said already it is not a rulebreak, but I still talked to Uzi afterwards regarding it and he apologized for his words and hopefully he understands. As far as for this report, those messages can't be really counted as fake messages and it was quite apparent that he was just using copy/paste for quote and didn't fabricate any message. As DarkRazor inquired, if that is not what Melody said in screenshot #2 then he can send proof regarding that and we'll see what happens from there.

Alright. As I've thought Uzi modified my message and did present it as a fake message. Now 4K and DarkR4Z0R^ is telling that isn't really a fake message then it's not. I've just did my work of reporting a player just because of that message, I thought was a fake message. I've not reported him because of his behaviour, his chat fights, nor even because he called me "N". I got only two of these proofs rather than I've nothing to post now. And not come to a =EK=Mo^, he is innocent with that point 4K said he muted an Uzi with the wrong reason "Stop". Actually that thing is from my "Ss #1" where Mo^ muted him for his behave and I think, 4K now also get that. Now I am replying to DarkR4Z0R^, where he have says "except all these things have I said anything else and where did Uzi modified those messages", So my reply is NO. I've only get these two screenshots as a proofs instead of these I got nothing now. Now a final decision of the seniours would be really fine for me. Now I am giving this report into DarkR4Z0R^ and 4K's hands. Your decision would be appreciated for me. Thank you.

You don't get the point, Mo cannot use admin commands to correct someone's behavior because that is not against rules and admin commands cannot be used for something not related to rules.
