You can see, he clearly threw grenade, that shows he was in combat, but still if you want, here we go :

The problem is that your video is so blurry that we can't see the name of the player in the video. You say it's Mr.Death but it's too blurry to actually see that.

Sorry for that, but I've problem with recorders, it always drop my fps from 60 to 10, due to this I use low specs settings, I'll try to upload clear videos in reports next time, but for now I hope logs'll work:

Ok all the messages in the video can be matched to the log from what I can see. So I believe this should be enough. Will see what DarkRazor says.
