[Denied] marcus helps newbie / staff to help new players

so as u all know vks active members are decreasing and to comeback by vk they should help newbies/ nowadays many new players are playing and they are always asking for cmds but mostly no one helps them out so they quit the game. to help them out marcus should be in action / their should be an cmd to talk with marcus about cmds
e.g /marcushelp how to teleport to others
marcus: /goto
ik this is an very difficult work and would not work properly but if does it would help alot to newbies.

another suggestion
if that marcus thing is impossible then their should be a new staff to be created by vk which should spell like etc newbieshelpers which should be create for this purpose and they should help every newbie who comes in game and taught them every cmd and that staff should be rewarded by vks so staffs motivation rises and they work for it.

it can help new players and vks members will increase
hence a comeback

today i did spree of 30 on newbie and he asked me should i play or not and he after 1min quits the game and said this game is not for me so i felt very bad for him and i thought about this suggestion

One of the purposes of the staff is to help new players. I always help other whenever I can, and I'm sure the rest of the staff does as well.

Damn I am really sad for that guy he wanted to play vks happily but nobody helped him +1 for suggestion there should be a Marcus ability to help I'm still sad for him
I also help newbies but I cant help all of the time

Yea some people help newbies some dont and some tell them the opposite direction e.g when i started the game i asked mr alone that how to earn money and he replied do /q and no one helped me but my brother iceblood guided me how to play , or else i didnt liked this game at the start and i was thinking of quitting this game.
So a new staff mainly for this purpose should be created so new players will be encouraged and vk will riseeee Very Happy

Rather than killing random newbies in the Washington Police Station, you should communicate with them and help them. They might be new to VC:MP, so encourage them to enjoy their stay so our population can increase. I don't think bots would do the trick.

What a'bout them who come underalias (like few admins) and pretend as noobs to catch rulebreakers or whatever?Should we help them? Razz

Many guys play underalias.I don't think that newbies are switching to VC:MP.

everyone teleport to newbies to kill them and to stable stats and that newbie which i mentioned earlier was asking for cmds and at that tme 3 staff members were online but no one helped them becz they were busy at somewhere else and they have alot of work to do like u and they were not free so if u guys think the first suggestion is impossible btw its not then u guys can make a staff to help newbies which will be mainly for this purpose and newbies would be encouraged to play the game
Many newbies come and hardly 30% of them stay in the game

Marcus will die soon so it will just be a waste of my time to make changes to him.

New players don't use commands they talk in chat asking for help. Making helping commands have never been a success here since people want it from a talk person to person basically.

The player base is fine at least now with the virus we are doing better again. Maybe after the virus is gone we'll face problems again with activity, but for now it's fine.
