Apologies, we assumed at first that you guys are different people so the report was denied and now when we found out you are same person then I didn't look at details clearly and assumed you mute evaded by another PC because at first your alias wasn't matching. I'll inform Umar to remove that permawarning, but anyway you still have 4 perma warnings so you'll stay tempbanned, but duration will be probably reduced because you have one less crime.
