I asked angel and as he said this report should be accepted and gangsta reported him.

/kill: Using the command /kill to avoid messages like "player1 killed player2 (m4) (head)" is not allowed on VKs Official server. If proof is shown that a killer is not getting credit for killing a certain player, that player will be perma-warned on the first offense, temp-banned on the second offense.
Closing your game: if you close your game by using the main menu (esc) or by /q after or before a death while being in combat and the server doesn't register it, you will be punished for being a death evader. The punishments for death evading is getting a perma-warning on the first offense, getting a tempban on the second offense.
Crashing: If your game is repeatedly (more than once) crashing right before or after you die and the server doesn't register your death, you could get punished as a death evader.
Pausing: You're not allowed to pause your game right before or right after you die unless the server has already registered your death. Pausing includes pressing esc, alt + tabbing or any button/mouse combination  that either returns you to the desktop or simply brings up the menu. The punishment for breaking the rules of pausing, is the same as the punishments for death evading.
Timeout: If you happen to timeout right before or after you die unless the server has already registered your death frequently then you will be punished as a death evader.
Animation commands: You're not allowed to use animation commands in combat frequently to avoid being hit by players.
Other evades: All other sorts of evades like drowning, jumping from roof and other ways in which a player dies or evades death when his killer is supposed to get the kill credit is disallowed. Players can only be punished for this if a report is made and multiple admins agree that the death evade was done intentionally. Punishments are the same as for death evading.
If you find anything about /gotoloc is evade, then fk me, if not then fk yourself.

Like I said this rule should cover it, but since it's a special case multiple admins have to agree to it.

Look dude i can understand your rage because i have reported your Clan-Mate but facts are facts and 2ndly avoid using swear  words like "F*ck " "Shitbag" this isn't cool, This is clear evasion you must see the video/evidence before stating something here or defending someone,

It's not death evade, he didn't used /gotoloc while jumping in water or jump from roof when his hp was low, he simply used /gotoloc on ground (Freezed) his hp was higher than 60 and waited for 5 sec to teleport, you had chance to kill him and you failed(Slow) if this thing count as death evade then whole vks players should be banned as all of them use /gotoloc to escape from combats he could have escape you from pcj as well though as its faster than cheetah.
ill let other admins deal with this report as i will probably deny it.

and why would anybody need to do /gotoloc when he is fighting with someone he clearly did evasion he attacked me when he saw him getting backfired he ran and did /gotoloc evasion to avoid not getting killed
Ok now you tell me why would someone do /gotoloc in the middle of fight??? you have any explanation for it? after that he started being toxic to me like : noob look i have 3 hp etc.. it clearly shows his toxic behaviour after evasion, its a clear evasion

and it wasnt like 1 hp as well its like 50 or 45 something enough to escape from you, if it was low you would have probably driveby him

Maybe he didn't want to fight idk, he made safe distance from your fight and for toxic behavior use /ignore

F*ck the rules, let's come to what is fair. As the video shows, at that type of moment why would someone suddenly use /gotoloc other than having intension of evading from death. He can't just use gotoloc when he started the fight and then ran away and he still being followed then suddenly stop when the player is shooting him and typed /gotoloc when he had that less HP. He clearly had intention to do evade.

He was very far from you and you weren't shooting him when he used gotoloc, if you really wanted to kill him you should rather shoot him from distance with sniper or something rather than chasing him in a car. How can he know that you are driving to him to kill him? He should be frozen before teleported and the timer allowed you to kill him before he teleports, but you failed to do so.
