if my recorder was on, i was will show you how i shooted him 20 time with m60 and no damage , but i'm telling you that this player isn't clean  he have hacks so what makes him not using it ? he is banned in many servers  ec/lw/ctf

Such stories won't cut it, we here deal with reports based on evidence and not player's history. The evidence given in this report isn't enough, that's why I asked for more evidence.
