I understand that you did not get the kill, but for me it seems more like an accident since he jump high due to the object. Maybe it was his intention to drown himself, but we deal with reports based on the evidence you give. I'll keep an eye on him if I spot him in-game. Thanks for reporting.

Note: The title should be "Player Report - playername".
