If you are reffering to insults, then, we don't punish them. We have no idea of non-English insults (of course, besides our mother tongue). For example, the Pakistanese BC is just ''Before Christ'' in English, so we can't punish it.

However admins speak that language and so they can be punished too, depending on whether he was speaking English or Urdu.
