How NsK owned by RFs?

When I was inactive in VCMP, Beast take NsK ownership by asking with high level admin, Let me clear again, Beast wasn't a founder of NsK,
Which everyone knows he just left in 2 days when he knows clan wasn't going good then I did hard work on my clan which makes it come at top 10 but now today, I'm hearing they owned my clan, I'm requesting please sort out this problem. thank you.

Beast left and founder was Halo from that time and Halo maintained his clan for lomg time but then he left and no one was there to join Nsk.

Maybe, as far I see this and as far I remember;
Beast after leaving NsK, persuaded DanielS to make a clan named RF and give its ownership share to him, which he did at the starting. After sometimes when Halo was slowly going inactive Beast tried to use his past topics, in which he posted the clan registration and clan topic to show admins his right to ownership, but actually he had left clan and of that time Halo was the Inactive Founder of clan.

OFF Topic : I am not involving DanielS here, because he might have done that by being provoked by Beast. Also there is high possibility that DanielS actually did not know about this.

Maybe, as far I see this and as far I remember;

RF took the clan, revived it by adding some members, and also the forums, Halo had left the game that time (https://vkserver.forumotion.com/t12987-i-ll-miss-you-all#186395) even Halo had said that NSK can merge to RF for free stats that time, after 1 month of Halo leaving VCMP as he said in topic, Beast was declared as founder again so that is why and it was agreed to remain in RF control, that is why RF has the control still today. Hope it clears everything.

The clan had been closed, now is not the time to fight for ownership of a dead clan. Fighting over the ownership of a closed clan won't benefit in any way because it is apparent that no clan merging is going to currently take place. When someone joins a clan, it doesn't mean he can add all his past clan stats to that new clan. That's not called clan merging. I request everyone to leave this argument because it is not going to bring any benefit.

If you want NsK then why did you join F2? Once you close a clan, it's closed and you join another. The clan should've been deleted once you closed it.

Halo try to understand, you left NSK, either you were a founder or a member that does not counts,once you left it, the clan was totally closed or you can say abandoned.
You first argued that Rf took it, and now your asking to get ownership back ?
The thing you can do now is to reopen a new clan, but the stats of clan NsK, i think so can't return.

What I understand from your points is that anyone can claim that a clan is their own, even when abandoning them, closing them and joining another clan. So let's say you get NsK clan back, what are you gonna do with it? Show off it's stats or something? It won't benefit you at all, you're currently in a clan so rather than caring about "your" old dead clan, work for your current one and make it reach new heights. Also, if you're gonna make any statements then at least try to back them up with any sort of evidence instead of telling stories that can be subjective. ^^
Btw you claimed that you were leaving VC-MP or is that some sort of drama you did to get yourself unbanned or at least to make Jack feel bad? Razz

First of all, the "Founder" part of a clan shouldn't even be a rank overall, it sounds stupid to me, personally. The only REAL members which had the idea of it and established the clan first should have that position and not for anyone else, such as the "Leader" one, so in short, a closed position. Founders can't be removed or shouldn't be modified / edited in any way and must have full permission over the clan they made regardless of anyone's rank be it even leader or even if themselves the real founders left the clan.

Anyways, just my opinion..

In the past beast also trying to joining back to NSK but I always denied his application for betraying then why he didn't get back his ownership at this time, why when i was inactive?
