Do you have a longer video? Also you need to provide his and your fps/ping.

Well then, that wasn't enough evidence as it wasn't clear what happened after that. Could be lag sometimes, that's why you can't be sure.

Anyways, I'll keep an eye on that person if I see him again.
For now, report denied.
