Hmm mod only the font , particle , vehicles , helis and HUD. Because the CLEO mods will make your VC:MP to not open.

I don't know much about these mods.
I wanna make my vcmp professional.
I mean, whatever u have installed mason to your vcmp.

Please post some pics here of the different types mods/or whatever you say it.

lucky search on google gta vc laser bullet mod and download blue one and cut particle file and paste it on GTA vc 0.4 models folder to change the bullet color

after download put the files in the gta vc models folder in which your vcmp 0.4 is placed

Hehe, I have many mods, but u need to learn to use IMG tool, or u need to use TeamViwer(TV)

Do u hv the mod exactly like devil.
If yes, gimme the mod, i know a little bit about im lg tool, if i will be unable to install it, i will contact you.
Gimmee the devil's mode, i saw his mode from: player report - ne.diamondblue.
U check it and gimme that mode+link of Img tool and the steps.
Please tell me here.

Actually me and my bro made the mods for devil, I'm at phone now, I'll give u many mods when I'll be on my desktop, still then u can ask mason for the mods, as I did give many mods to mason tho.
