First of all, replace zombie 1 skin with this skin: https://www.gtainside.com/en/vicecity/skins/123218-zorg-player-model/
Second thing second: Remove Wall-E or replace it with any other Skin. bcuz it's completly unfair.
it actually make from players that doesn't know how to play, to pros and unable to kill.
i mean, he is very small, and can't find his head, so it's only around 10-20% of possibly to get a head shot. and he is very easy to get you.
Third Thing Third: Add Fall From The Bike System.
because the server now is fall of Drive-byers

Here's my honest opinions regarding your suggestions.
1) The file size is way too big from Angel's recommendation, yet the skin looks pretty cool.
2) I understand, not every player has the skill to knock him out from the head, however the assault rifles are not the only weapon you've to kill him.

Yes you should remove Wall-E skin because some people use this skin or it becomes hard to kill them

1) Just change his skin name from "Zombie" to "Bacon man"
