Patch 4.6 is coming out today or somewhere in the week. Just need to finish the final tests now.

Some concern you might have: Will this affect the world 1 gameplay?
My answer: If you don't rob a store or go and kill the NPCs at malibu, you will not get any cops after you. If you kill cops chasing another player, you will also not get a wanted level. The stores are not near any spawn location, so you don't worry about encountering the NPCs that way.
It's pretty much like the custom property change, I am sure some will be against it, but properties have not really changed it so that world 1 can't be used for DMs.

Depends on which damage reduction upgrade you have.
I have the best one, so I think that means that all NPCs basically make 0.1 to 1 HP damage, except when you get 6 stars, something else will happen then.
