When The rocket hit him he didn't fall means he paused his game (Even if team member hit a rocket the player falls ) When he paused his game then a RPG hits him ( And if you try to shoot a afk player with chain saw or RPG grenades and when he come back he'll automatically fall which prove in this video that he pause his game)
