He has been caught death evading before many times by me and was even banned last time, he should be given a tempban for at least 5 days.

Anyway he wanted to give his defense which is why I'm unlocking the topic, decision will be made after that.

The times you had been caught death evading by me, I did not know that the messages take that much time to display and count the death in the stats, and as soon as you informed me about it, I opened the game again and you got the kill every time.

About the report made by Cybertron, I do not remember the time that happened, so I accept perma-warned punishment for it.

Whether a rule break is intentional or by mistake, it still counts as a rule break and all offensers are to be punished equally. Also I never informed you about death registers so you're clearly lying about it and using it as an excuse so we disregard your previous death evade offenses. And you haven't given any defense for this current offense and you clearly cannot because the rule break is quite apparent.

Requesting other admins to make the decision on the report accordingly.

Yes, and I tempbanned him once for it too, but later forgived him.

Yes, and I temp-banned him once for it too, but later forgiven him.

Well as 4k caught you many times before too death evading and even banned you once for it there for you will be temp-ban for only 3 days as these warns and ban was old/long time ago, i request you to read server rules as well, never quit or pause your game while your in combat and make sure that server had registered your death before pausing it or quiting your game.
