What did he do? Describe please: He abuse to admin and player who kills him Me stylish and sharp killing dragon he keeps abuse I warn him and he got kicked 2 time due to warn but he keep abuse. So i thought report will be the good

But In urdu he is abusing very much Like: HE said "The word "Harami" Is also a abuse. But me an devil take very less pic because if we take all the pics when he is abusing so , I think we have to give to 100+ pics because he is abusing very much.

Well bc does not exactly mean that, but is similar, and an abuse. I think he should be just warned for this, but if he continues after the warning then he should be given a more severe punishment.
And btw Devil, you are an admin, you can just /mute him or /warn him.

As i said I have warn him and he get kick 2 times due to warn and I dont have /mute power

BC isn't a abusive word internationally , but players from Pakistan or India (Speaking languages like : URDU n Hindi) , take it as an abusive word , so as you have already warned him 6times and he got kicked twice , he has got his punishment and if he does that again , just try to ignore him or just /mute him , if you don't have the access to /mute ask other admins online at that moment to /mute that abuser till then i'll pm angel to make /mute available for All level admins.

Internationally I think BC means before christ. In many countries we count year 0 as the birth of jesus (not necessarily because we believe in jesus it's just how it is). In order to reference the years before christ we have say year 300 BC (300 years before christ).

VK's can not count every word that is considered abusive in every language as abusive here, that would lead to 5000 reports and we just don't have time to deal with it. The only thing out of respect for muslims that we count as abusive (that is only abusive in your culture) is if someone insults your god allah, because we know how bad and unacceptable that is in your culture.

Devil you have to use /mute (when you unlock it) and punish him that way. You're not allowed to report him unless he evades the mute too many times and you clearly have given him many warnings.

I agree with Angel. I don't think abusive words in other languages besides English are to be taken into consideration. Only international ones, which are wide-known. It's still a rulebreak, you can punish them, but don't bring this into report, we can't pretty much do anything as we have no idea of your language.
I hope everything is solved.

Topic locked as there is not much more to do. Just take necessary action as muting or kicking. If it's getting severe, just tell us to apply the most fitting punishments.
