Dewars doesn't speak English. Not a word. When he's banned he doesn't know what went wrong. That's why he's a repeat offender. This time, however, Tiburorcin (or wtv he's called), explained in detail what the rule is and Dewars apologised an pledged not to repeat it. It would be fair to let him off the hook and if he ever does it again, now that he knows what the rule is, to punish him more harshly. But banning him now is unfair and wrong. This server has fewer and fewer active users, we can't afford to lose a committed player like Dewars just because he got lost in translation. Thanks!

I'm sorry, GeoGeo this rule was removed the 20 may, its not in the rules but its in an update.
now it's allowed.
