i don't have any aurora or any other hack these are my skills and i kill you only one time and you kill me 5 times so if i use aurora then i can kill you easily it means you have aurora and you are using at that time.

check out how he was lagging and his crosshair was always on me (if I shot once, it will no matter what hit me, even though his aiming is shit, especially in stubby evidence) and check how he was spraying m4 and the bullets were going right behind me (lag effect with aimbot)

If he was suspected of using Aurora, in 0:13, wouldn't he rotated perfectly? The tool works great in close-range that from what I know, the tool directly aims at the enemy.

his ping was spiking, you can see he was warping and lagging in the video, I think I even recorded his ping, if this isn't enough I'll upload it later

Even though  if he was lagging the video does not proof anything that he is using anykind of aurora aimlock and as head admin said we require more proof for aimlock/aimbot, so we don't ban innocent players.
