I've moved this topic to the correct board and the players who responded to this topic be aware that you aren't warned in this case (also to warn other admins to avoid mistakes).

Regarding the report, I'm quite unsure of taking actions of this report, but if I may ask to admins and yourself, isn't VCMP bugs such as driveby'ing an exception of the spawnkill violation?

first spawn kill is valid and 2nd one isn't valid you had a time to run when he was shooting you

First spawn kill is valid and 2nd is not valid because you have time to run and we can only verbally warn him for this time because as rules say if spawn kill happens multiples time than we can warn him.
