Actually, "Slide/Slide c glitch" are allowed. Slide (normal way) is just for lags, and Slide c-glitch is a little glitch combined with your ping and your fast-switch skills. (This help you to do fake shoots and confuse your opponents).
By the way, there are such a cheats which make you look as "Sliding" but is too fast, this is call "SpeedGear". As the name says, hacks which increase your speed movements in game but give you a bad connection (in case of multiplayer online games) therefore your ping become worse and you will be sliding pretty fast (I recommend you this one

On-Topic: I think its just cause of lag, or fast switch between weps, if your using any out side resources such as a speed gear, then its not allowed

Make a video where you're gonna be playing in windowed mode but must also include the part where you open the game and begin playing the game. This way, everyone can be sure that you're not using any tool to enhance your gaming experience.
