its ez,it happens when ur hp is 1 and you quickly do /heal
it should be considered as evade Razz

Well, maybe he didn't do it intentionally, and our rules don't say anything about using /heal to death evade. Hopefully Angel can explain if this bug can be solved.

Ghost city heh. It happens because angel freezes the player when he heals and yeah it happens when you just die and do /heal but can be prevented if angel doesn't freeze but rather check if player's pos is changed.
And yeah, it's done either intentionally to evade or he knew about this vcmp bug and wanted to abuse it.

I Think That His Health Wasnt 1hp ( but this isnt revelant to this report I just said to make sure his health wasnt 1hp ). I Really Havnt this kind Of situation Before. Did His Alpha Just Turned to 0? ( he got invisible? ). And He Used Heal So He Should Have Been Frozen For 5 Seconds but He Did not freeze???. Its Gonna Be A Hard THing For The ADmins To Solve Out.

Dont Do this please I Have Seen It In VL Server And It Sucks. I Lose My Mind When I have to Stay Still Manually While In Car, Doing The Same Here Will FK The Command. So Pls No.

It's a bug which happen when you are frozen and death, he did not evade.
