What did he do? Describe please:

/Fix vehicle evader. He always when he join in VK, try to kill to everybody just with HeliBlades because he doesn`t know how to play yet. So, when his car got burn it. he did /fix to repair it but when he gets burn it on second time, he do /eject and evade again.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): BABA1, Ameer, Thomson.

Any links to screenshots you took as evidence: We try to catch him when we hunting it,   but could not. F*ck f8 screenshot bugged -.-.

From other side, BABA knows that it is true. He spected and warned him this evening.

And, i told to him many times "don`t /fix evade, is not allowed" and he did not listen. Someone teach him how this server Works pls, BABA told to him too, but when BABA  left he begings again then that, Ameer and me with Thomson try to hunting him to get some proofs.

Should this report be denied? this player didn't join the server from a long time.

No, you are wrong, this report should not be denied cz the player dont join from a longe time, it should be denied for not enough proofs, no care if a player dont join from a longe time, he should be punishiment if he did something wrong, think if he back, btw his lastjoined is 1 week ago, no much time.
