What did he do? Describe please: He wrong deal with report of Duke. Duke was in /proploc 200. And we can go there easily where Duke was. As you can see in video which I made and which I given below.

Doesn't matters how hard is going to the place, matters you did wall-glitch or not. He clearly did wall-glitch on the video which is rule-break. Overall, KuRuMi did right. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

Ara, ara, I'm surprised to see this from you. It doesn't matter how Duke went under the platform though, the rule applies in any circumstances. It would've been nice if he haven't use the RPG to kill players from above.

Proof in the report are valid as it is clearly wallglitching. If Duke didn't want to wallglitch, he could re enter the prop normally, but he took advantage of the bug which put him under the platform and it's clearly wallglitching.
