Also, why are you reporting KURUMI? Being that he is not a bad administrator and a bad helper, he just wants the player to have another opportunity to be new and you come to report?
I know Kurumi 3 and a half years ago and I have never broken a F*cking rule and come to report it for any stupidity? Hahahahaha thank me haly; D
And if I have to say something else is: Kurumi is the best Assistant and Friendly Manager Player of the Vice City Multiplayer and the Vks Forum! So get out of retard and go to sleep

At that day when Geogeo reported Hitler, I was in a rush due to the fact that I was turning in an essay to my professor (it was a long one and I spent days on it) so I might've forgotten to research if there was any previous reports against him to follow the next punishment so forgive me, I'll re-arrange the punishments from Geogeo's report & today's with a month suspension.

That is why I told you to contact him first because such mistakes can happen easily that we don't remember old reports. It has happened with me too so I'm in no position to punish Kurumi.
Note to Kurumi: Please read the death evading rule and extend the punishment accordingly. And I've written 1000 word essays in an hour during my school time.
