What did he do? Describe please: Ban evading + Autohotkey for spamming crouch while shooting.

This is called "crouch spamming" also known as speed gear, famous hack in VC:MP. I doubt that XRL8^ used this hack and kept switching to katana to make us go into an error and think he's legit.
I ask him @here to post proof that he has not, time given should be 24 hours for him to provide a video about his gameplay with video from opponent's side.
