What did he do? Describe please: using speed hacks Smile . check out his speed when he was away from me and  check his speed when he was near to me , as you know we can observe someone's high speed when he close to us, aslo in the video when he ran near to me rule also ran and rule's speed was normal.

Nah, its because prop sometimes Make players drift on one side(from 0:26)

Beside, SpeedGear is not program can turn on or turn off with one button xD

Yea, 5K is right.Evidence is not legit as i've concered that prop 100 is bugged and he did not use it you can check the video at 20-30 sec it's clearly showed that rule was running like that also.

And its happened sometimes only 1 player, sometimes is all players on prop 100 ( Usually happen here )
