as Thunder_ass said, that Devilkiller have 4G internet. and better ping. So he can't lag.
It's clear that Devil killer was using hp hack.
FPS and Ping was fine. I and grayson. we both were having 60Fps and 182 - 200 ping.

0:02 - When you were shooting with m60 he was in FPV mode and it's not easy to damage someone in FPV mode as we all know.

0:11 - When you shot him with shotgun he was shooting at same time and it can happen even with normal pings. It's not solid evidence.

0:15 - He was clearly warping while running when you shot him.

0:38 - Again he was warping and your m4 shots weren't even aimed at head, they were aimed at neck/torso and he did lose some HP from your shots as shown in the video.

Shots not mentioned above did not hit him at all. Evidence is invalid. When he reports you then you say he was lagging and now you report him and say he wasn't lagging. Why you reported after 2 days and not immediately? Just because you want to revenge that he got you banned so  you found random videos of fighting with him (which you clearly found more important than the video that could've proved your innocense which you deleted and kept this safe) and reported in hopes that I'll think it's F1. Instead of getting revenge on him by posting false evidence, you should continue trying to recover that video to prove your innocense.
