To add, Halo initiated attack before Hunting's shots had hit Halo that made him slide (spawn protection bug) therefore even this is not spawnkill.

you should see that you were fighting me 2 vs 1, and i was forced to kill halo before maxpayne spawns for my defense

Almost everyone does that in custom props, even me. I think after he made 1 spawnkill you could just give verbal warn, but we can't give any admin punishment unless multiple spawnkills are made.

If Halo didn't want to fight he could spawn and run away, but he spawned and moved towards Hunting and even started attack so Hunting has the right to self defense. If Halo didn't get a chance to attack (didn't attack) then it would be spawnkill. And even if it was a spawnkill we can't give an admin punishment, just verbal warn.

No, Hunting started to shoot before halo touch the ground. When halo fully spawned, he started to attack him for his defense but hunting should move away for not letting it spawnkill isn't it? In my point of view, Proof is valid. However, the report can't be accept for 1 video. If you saw multiple then you could report. Just try to record always to collect some proofs. If that would be happen so now you could just add other ones with it. As I am sure hunting did spawnkill before. I also saw him doing spawnkills.
