What did he do? Describe please : well,he was definitely using fps hacks as you can see through by viewing video and screen shot even yesterday I caught him but there was some problems with videos i made but today it's perfect mine fps 30 and his 60 before some one says i got shitty pc in case using i5 with 8gb ram and gtx 1050ti "4gb"

@geogeo What is the problem here? Other than the fact that he has 60.1202 fps, which is normal and his aim is top class, I don't see anything out of the ordinary

First of all, there's nothing wrong with using FPS hacks in the range of 0-66 FPS because that hack doesn't give you any noticeable advantage.
Second of all, you have your frame limiter turned on which is why you have 30 FPS. If you turn it off it's most likely gonna jump to 60.

What a fck here everyone using hacks in this server and just because of this hacks my friend leave this server name Oliv*sky and hacker was samir and the 48. was there and he was gonna helping me to take video and I also ask him that you are admin he say no .I ask him why and he say "I already applied In Vks but they denied saying to wait some months .@48. 48. please make a new app of admin try apply again .You will be the best admin because your behaviour and your talking language is the best .And you are also active person and you will instantly remove hackers from vks like you instantly removed hackers from samp Uif.
