new patch bug or what

just by now I've completed 24K kills and server didn't showed up msg saying geogeo completed 24000 kills and unlocked title blah blah neither I received any reward I even check my log lol :X

Geogeo I think you're mistaken. You receive a new level at 20 k and 25 k.
