I'v been trying every f*cking solution to fix this but I've failed so kindly help me nerds

PS: This happens to Google Chrome only and none tells me use Firefox please ._.

Any way
The answer is in details. Your client doesn't support or match the secure sockets layer certificate and it have outdated version try setting that from by going to chrome://flags
Or You have bitdefener and in web settings the SSL is disabled.
Or Clear SSL state from internet options in control panel/IE

Its safe to surf an unsecure website from malware or any other online threat as long as you don't download any file from it, make sure your PC clock is up to date and use RDP to download files from unsecure websites, if you are the website owner you can easily create and install SSL certificate.
