The command the bug belongs to: None
Description of the bug: When I try to spawn with custom skins that I own, I spawn with the default skin for that class.

I guess lag sometimes cause it but it doesnt happen to me.

It seems when being in prop it spawns me with the custom skins.

It works perfectly fine for me and it's not april fools, which means that the server is messing with you. I'll investigate it.
