By implementing this command, you're putting too much trust into the players. We can't have any trust for the players at all when it comes to scripting, because there are a few people who will abuse commands like that. For example if three friends comes to the server and plays and they don't like the guy who is on his record spree, that is killing them. Then they can just use votekick to kick that guy from the server and end his spree.

By adding this command we are just adding more work to the admins, and as of now it is not worth it.
