An new command should be added in game "/report"
So players can easily report if admins are online.

Well, the newbies will only spam 'xyz hack!' and nothing else, they won't use /report. I've never seen the /report being used in any server( I mean it's there, but no one uses it ).

100 % agree with Luca here. /report sounds like a structured way to deal with rule breakers, but unfortunately you can't expect VC-MP players to be structured. They are just going to spam the chat like KAKAN says, because that's what's easier for them.

Denied. As I said before you can expect an admin to do something for someone elses benefit but you can't expect a player to do something for someone elses benefit.

People will just spam the chat if someone is rule breaking, that will always be the easiest thing for them to do, so they will always do it.
