Hi guys, its me Goku again. I actually need help from every one that sees this post.I am encountering some issues regarding my VCMP. The problem is that whenever I tend to click on any server, a pop-up comes saying,Could not start process (5). Guys i seriously need your help because you know,I just want to play so badly.The VK's Server is so wonderful it has become a regular addiction for me and it just hurts me when I don't play a single day.Please anyone. High-level admins,or any expert please help me.

As i said to you re install vcmp client or vice city maybe that's the problem or any software/programme you installed recently due to which this occured.
I don't know more about it when i will find i will tell you.

Idea 1 = reinstall whole vice city install everything again even vcmp.
Idea 2 = remove any kind of mods u  have installed in gta vice city
Idea 3 = u need only original version of vice city to play vcmp if u have any mod version so delete and install the original one from here (http://oceanoffgames.com/grand-theft-auto-vice-city-game-free-download-setup/)
Idea 4 = check ur net cable connection

Actually this happened with me too and I did posted a helpful Reply here. I don't know who and why deleted it and also a post from a person which says that this was solved, that was the reason I locked it and marked it as solved. Well, I will investigate about that.


As what I told in my first reply was you should relocate the Vice city single player in the multiplayer browser. And Run it as admin and your problem will be solved.

Try this,
Go to Computer properties (Right click on 'My Computer/Computer' to enter properties)

[Solved] could not start process. 7OBfUrA

Click on 'Advanced system settings'

On the Advanced tab, click 'Settings' under Performance.

[Solved] could not start process. VLru0TR

Make sure 'gta-vc.exe' is marked on the Data Execution Prevention tab, if not add it manually by clicking 'Add' button.

Hope this will fix your problem, if not let us know.

Buy a new laptop is the 100% solution.
I think you cant play vcmp again with that pc.

By the way,When I get back will everything be the it was? I mean I had millions in cash,3 own props,6 shared props and 2 own vehicles so u hope it wouldn't be resetted or deleted.
