I haven't, I just didn't want to debate in the management section as we were going off topic. And if you accept a warning for this then I'll happily give Zeyad a warning. Even though the discrimination you did was much more severe since racial discrimination is a much more sensitive topic especially of dark skin ethnicities compared to mild age discrimination which in my opinion he still didn't do. The only valid report you made on Zeyad was on EK forums which I'll deal with.

Mate, this is not discrimination. Calling someone a 'n igga' without basing it in any way, shape or form on their race is not racism. Obviously if I had called him a 'n igga' based on his skin color then I would have been being racist. According to our discrimination rule (and virutally all true definitions of discrimination) permitting, restricting or treating someone differently according to <list of protected characteristics> is not allowed. When have I permitted, restricted or treated him differently based on his race?

There is no such thing as a more server discrimination. Every type of discrimination is discrimination and they are to be treated equally severe and serious.

Flake maybe he has a dar skin color and got offended by it. Also if you had used it in a friendly context like it mostly is used then it would be fine, but you used it in a negative context thetefore it's not okay.

Discrimination has different severities. Age discrimination isn't that severe as age keeps changing, if you call someone a kid when he was 12 and he's now 25 then he's not a kid anymore, while ethnicities don't change, they are as they were when you were born.

Okay, you want to come on topic. So he was basically saying your age indirectly and revealing a short part of your name. You were not treated differently because of your age, nor were you restricted or grouped based on your age.

The reason I brought up the topic about you was to show how you can break rules and if not apologize at least couldn't accept it and want that guy you used the comment for punished even though he didn't discriminate anyone.

You know me from a long time, I'm not biased and don't defend or support anyone. You are my good friend and about Zeyad I didn't even know him well as never talked to him much. This is treating differently ffs. If Zeyad thought my age was not 12 then he would've treated me differently. Let's suppose Zeyad thought my age was 10. He would have claimed my age is 20/2. Not 24/2. This means Zeyad is treating me differently.

Age and race are different things. Age is general information about someone which is regurly increasing for everyone. And about race if you don't use official names such as African American, Caucasian, Latino and use words like n igga, black, white for grouping a multiple ethnicities is discrimination such as referring to a group of mixed African American and Jamaicans as black or n iggas.
