Judging from a clan side, its ok to kick a player who's in your clan but is not following the rules. But, as this is VKs server and not EKs server, it's not good to kick someone, even if they don't follow your clan rules.

He join server, I told him to use clan tag but he ignore me, then I kick him from server, then he came back & said time to post another admin report after that I PM him to use clan tag he said wait then I wait for half hour then told him again to use clan tag but he start ignoring me, so he got kicked.

First of all it's not a server rule and therefore you cannot use your admin commands against him, second EK clan rules say nothing about it. A player has to use the clan tag on his main account, but can use other accounts to play undercover and nothing wrong about it.

This report is locked and will be discussed in the management section.

You can't force someone to use your clan tag if he doesn't want to. This is obviously a clan related thing, so why would you Think it was a good idea to use admin commands for that? Clan leaders who are not admins can't use admin commands to kick their members...
