Why don't you try Camtasia studio, that's the finest in all screen recording apps.
Even tho you get it for 30 days trial, it cost pretty much for license (For minimum).
I recommend you to download the full pro version from torrent
It has got every function, capture/record, pan zoom in video, edit with various features.
Here is the link if you wanna give a try:

Torrent is same app but version 8.6.0 which is at its best :

Bandicam registered version or Fraps Registered version, Change its settings according to your PC and start recording with FPS lagging.
