if you own radeon/nvidia gpu you can use the dedicated-video recorders.

for nvidia shadowplay and for radeon relive.

Shadowplay won't work for you because you have GT, not GTX. Also Shadowplay won't record GTA VC on laptop because for that you need to use Desktop Recording function which is not available on laptops so I can't use shadowplay for GTA VC either.

If you want low budget pick R7 240 or try Nvidia lower (like GT or GTX 640)
