What did he do? Describe please: he wrongly kick me for spawnkilling, many players were fighting there and if i accidentely spwnkill him (althrough i didn't), then he should warn me first but he direct kick me becuse i m killing him .

After seeing this, I think devil needs to read the rules.
According to the rules:
"Spawn killing: Killing another player the first 1-5 seconds on his/her normal spawning position is disallowed. Anyone who breaks this rule frequently should be punished with a warning, a kick, stat reset or a ban."
Devil, they didn't kill anyone. So, you should not even warn them, but, instead say them in the chat that they shouldn't do this as it "can" lead to spawnkill.

You can verbally warn in any way, you just need to get the message across. Also verbally warning an innocent person is not against the rules so he did not break a rule with the announcement. Balee is an old player and expected to know that spawn killing is not allowed and he was punished for breaking the rules.

My verbal warn was in /ann 3 times I did ann 3 times 3 TIMES 3 TIMES 3 TIMES, as it happened with me before so I did ann 3 times not to do it not to do it not to do it. BUT YET They Did, why ask them, coz they got raged.
