I've faced it too, and I hope it's fixed soon. But according to the rules Spawn killing is when you kill someone within 5 seconds and it shows that you were killed in 8 seconds by Ryuga. I've accidently shot many people with stubby when they spawn, but when they fall I don't kill them because I know it will be spawn killing, but if someone else kills him after his spawn protection is finished, does that mean that we should be punished?

It's a bug, and I know it was unfair for you, but it's not Ryuga or Geogeo's fault.
