dude,you can search on goggle there are thousands of sites giving you free forums for clans and what's wrong with you why you posted it in admin application section you're clearly spamming forums

Brother, you simply need to relax!
Sit back and now listen to what I say: To create a clan you simply need to think of a clan name. Secondly, you would need a forum for your clan which I guess  you can make by searching about it online. Thirdly, You wanna make sure that your clan is legitimate, which you can by clicking on the link as follows:- http://forum.vc-mp.org/

Go onto that website and register yourself and then you do what you do to create a clan. Ofc, You goto the clan and families section and describe everything about the clan which you're about to fabricate. That's pretty much you need to know before creating a clan, I hope that helps!

Also you need at least 2 members in the clan, otherwise we can officially recognize it as a clan but it wouldnt actually be a clan
