I am unable to play vcmp i formatted my pc and re-installed everything now i am getting error
"Version used by server is not installed and download has failed" please help me

See if this helps changing Updater URL temporarily to http://u04.thijn.ovh in Tools. Otherwise get the rel files from somewhere.

Since the updater URL is down, you need to manually download the version.

Download the file and paste it into Vice City Multiplayer Directory.

If you face any issue, you can PM me and this is the solution of this problem.

Delete all files in the VCMP Folder except the VCMPBrowser.exe file and extract the files downloaded from here:

not working guys nothing is working when i start a server it never start the game no error no nothing but.. when i start singleplayer it works without any problem
