Change your game resolution to 1024X768 and then try to take screenshot.

Why not use Print screen/PrtSc? open Paint and paste.

Just press print key them open paint and ctrl + v :p

Wait wait, Go to game options Display options put your screen resolution with X32! not X16! That fixed my problem.

Yes that solve the problem too, but do it in single player mode and dont start to play just open single game mode and go options etc etc
